Levi’s Stadium is a favorite spot for people who live in Santa Clara to enjoy concerts, soccer games, and, of course, cheer on the 49ers. One of the best ways to experience all that the stadium offers is to take a tour. Public tours are offered every day during business hours. Tickets include a 90-minute guided tour, as well the chance to go on a self-guided tour and explore the 49ers Museum. The VIP Experience Tour includes a meal at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and Pub. Tours are held Monday through Saturday, starting at 10 a.m. The last tour begins at 4:30 p.m. On Sundays, the last tour leaves at 3:30 p.m.
Santa Clara property owners will get an in-depth look at the history of the 49ers in 11 different galleries and exhibits. Memorabilia, team uniforms and equipment, and all five of their Super Bowl Championship trophies are on display. The museum also hosts free Family Learning Nights twice a month. These nights are geared for kids from kindergarten through eighth grade. The focus is on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (or STEM). Projects bring STEM to life through the lens of football. The next Family Learning Night is “Forces in Football” and will be held on May 15th. The museum is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fans of the 49ers who live in Santa Clara should be sure to tour Levi’s Stadium and visit the museum to get a deeper appreciation of their favorite team.
