Painting, sprucing up your landscaping, and replacing your front door all do a lot to add to the value of your home without breaking the bank.

Participants are encouraged to come costumed, with awards given for merit. Prizes are awarded for the best Kris Kringle, and for holiday teams that sparkle and twinkle. Parents transform stroller into sleigh with the best designed taking a prize away. There is fun to be had for children who live in San Jose too. A reindeer run is scheduled in the afternoon.
